Founded in 2018 by industry veterans, Platinum Arch focuses on delivering high-quality storage tank solutions and services to customers across a wide range of industries throughout the United States.
Our long-term goal is to manage key aspects of fabrication and production in-house. This approach allows us to maintain full control over our processes, ensuring consistent quality while improving efficiency and responsiveness.
Alongside quality control, we prioritize production efficiency, shorter lead times, competitive pricing, and the ability to quickly adapt to the evolving needs and schedules of our customers and partners.

OUR TEAM
Doug Campbell - CEO/Founder
Doug Campbell has worked within the manufacturing industry for over 30 years, including more than 17 years in the storage tank industry. Through that experience, Doug envisioned a company built on strong business relationships and exceptional customer service.
In 2018, that vision became a reality when he founded Platinum Arch. Under his leadership, the company focuses on delivering production efficiency, shorter lead times, and highly competitive pricing while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Patrick Lancaster - Business Development and Project Manager
With a lifetime of experience in the service industry, Pat has built strong relationships with customers and partners. His efforts have helped expand the Platinum Arch name into new markets and regions.
As a project manager, Pat's communication, organization, and commitment to customer satisfaction have contributed to the successful completion of numerous projects.
Hayden Campbell - QC & HS Manager/ Business Development
Hayden plays a key role in the operational success and growth of Platinum Arch. With a bachelor's degree in International Business from Oklahoma State University, he supports project development, client relationships, and strategic planning across the company's operations.
Hayden works closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to help drive new opportunities while ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to completion.
Michele Dudley – QC / Safety Manager
Michele has over 35 years of experience in storage tank constrction and plays a critical role in maintaining the quality and safety standards that support Platinum Arch's operations. She holds a degree in Environmental Management and has extensive experience in quality management systems and safety oversight. Michele works closely with field and shop teams to ensure procedures, documentation, and compliance standards are consistently upheld.
She also brings experience as an ISO 9001 auditor, providing valuable insight into quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives that help strengthen Platinum Arch's operational performance.
Trenton Miller - Business Development
Trenton brings over six years of sales experience to the storage tank industry. He built his career on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
Trenton has a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Jacob Weierman – Mechanical Engineer
Jacob has over 13 years of experience as a mechanical engineer. He holds a B.S. in Physics and an M.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
Jacob also brings more than 15 years of experience in CAD modeling and drafting, supporting the engineering and design efforts behind many of Platinum Arch's projects.
Jason Akins - Operations Manager
Jason has worked in the tank industry for over 35 years. As an industry veteran, he plays a pivotal role in both field and shop operations.
His knowledge and hands-on experience ensure that our crews are properly equipped and trained to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Dylan Payton – Project Manager
Dylan Payton brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in field-erected tank construction and project management. Beginning his career in the tank industry shortly after high school, Dylan advanced through the ranks by developing strong technical skills and leadership in the field.
Since joining Platinum Arch in 2022, Dylan has overseen project planning, scheduling, field operations, and safety compliance for tank construction projects across the country. As an NCCCO certified crane operator with extensive field experience, Dylan plays a key role in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards expected by our customers.
Angel Garcia - Controller
Angel Garcia graduated from Wichita State University with a double major in Finance and Management and earned his MBA from Emporia State University.
Angel plays a key role in planning, directing, and coordinating the company's accounting operations. His oversight of company cash flow and financial reporting provides accurate projections and financial insight for the organization.
Rachelle Campbell - Logistics Manager
Rachelle holds a degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University. With prior experience managing operations for a logistics company, she plays a critical role in coordinating freight and delivery operations.
Rachelle works closely with logistics providers to ensure the cost-effective and timely delivery of Platinum Arch products to customers.
Erin Hart - Accounts Payable Specialist / Office Administrator
Erin combines a foundation in Business and Accounting from Central Technology Center with a strong focus on organization and efficiency.
She supports the company's financial and administrative operations by streamlining processes and maintaining accurate financial records that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Beth Hixson - Shop Fabrication Supervisor
Beth has worked as a storage tank fabricator for over 25 years. As Shop Supervisor and an NCCCO Certified crane operator at Platinum Arch, she oversees shop operations and production.
Beth has trained numerous employees, maximized production efficiency, and maintained the quality standards that define our fabrication work.
Matt Wade - Piping Supervisor
With over 28 years of experience in piping, Matt has worked in refineries, geothermal plants, food processing facilities, and power plants.
His expertise plays a critical role in the early phases of piping projects, helping transform customer concepts into practical and efficient solutions.
